|Pouch Fish – Pre Oven
My first attempt at making pouch fish (a la Alton Brown). The ingredients above – A white fish (can’t remember what type), 1/2 cup of Chardonay, bread crumbs, butter, lemon slices, red onion, mushrooms, and minced garlic. I don’t suggest you try this particular combination, as it came out pretty poorly. Looked good going in, though!

Man..this looked a lot better on the plate. The mushrooms and onions look like slugs on the fish!
